Casual meetings can turn into the strongest romances. What turned into a bar visit for Simon and Fallon turned into a meeting of two destinies that were meant for each other.
A Manifested Meet and Match

The couple met in September 2019 in downtown Las Vegas. Simon was with his friends at Commonwealth when he started talking to Fallon. HIs Middle Eastern accent prompted Fallon to guess where he was from (Lebanon) on the very first try.
“It’s funny, because [I was like] ‘you’re never gonna meet somebody at a bar,’ and then here I am meeting somebody at a bar,” Fallon recalls.
Fallon claims that she manifested him, based on what she was looking for in her ideal partner.
“Before I knew him, I always told my friends that my ideal guy … would be someone a little older, like in his 30s, who’s a doctor, lawyer [or] engineer, and he’s an engineer,” she says, “who has a Middle Eastern background, preferably Lebanon. I would tell all of my girlfriends that.”
“I guess manifestation works!” Simon says.
Two Types of Ceremonies

Simon and Fallon got legally married on November 24, 2024 at the Little White Wedding Chapel in the Tunnel of Love. However, the fun didn’t stop there.
The couple wanted a wedding outside near the mountains, meaning Cascata Golf Course was the perfect choice. The combination of desert beauty and lush greenery, combined with golf course terrain, made for the ideal nuptial getaway for them.
“It’s just so stunning,” Fallon says. “It looks like an Italian villa, and it has these beautiful mountains, and you can get married in front of them and [Cascata has] the water goes through the building, and it was just a beautiful venue. It didn’t feel like Las Vegas.”
Family of Fallon and Simon

Having their loved ones present was important to the pair. Both families of loved ones came together for the occasion. Fallon’s grandmother even flew into town, hitting the casino at 96 years old in her off time. Simon’s boisterous family enjoyed the secluded location as well.
“It’s kind of remote, which is great … you can go party [and] be loud, right?” Simon says of the venue. “On my side of the family, the Lebanese party was loud, right? So we’re like, ‘okay, good, we’re not going to embarrass anyone there.’”
The wedding played a mix of Arabic and American music, with both customs intertwined. Fallon’s family hails from Louisiana, and the wedding included a “second line”. Here, she held a lace umbrella and paraded through the crowd of loved ones as they waved handkerchiefs in a parade of celebration. The feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive.
“We still hear about it today,” Simon says. “It’s a great destination wedding for everyone else to be in Vegas, because everyone gets to enjoy the wedding, but also enjoy their time [in Las Vegas] as well.”
“I’m so grateful we got to get married in Las Vegas,” Fallon says. “It was such a great decision.”
