Aries season is like a firecracker, an exciting, bright and dazzling spectacle. There’s no doubt that this fire sign’s adventurous spirit will come into play as they are planning their marriage ceremony. Those who are born between March 21 and April 19 fall under this lively sign. Known for their youthful charm and vibrant essence, Aries knows how to set hearts on fire.

Lauren Salgado goes by The Wise Unicorn. She’s an astrologer, psychic medium and ceremonial guide based in Las Vegas. Currently, she’s hosting a weekly event called Excess Baggage at Area15, a guided experience for releasing emotional weight and gaining a newfound clarity. Salgado brings fiery wisdom and a fresh approach to planning an Aries-style wedding.

Be A Showstopper

An Aries is a natural born leader who is certainly ambitious enough to plan their own nuptials, but they might want to consider lightening their load by delegating  tasks. This gives them time to pour their energy into creating a “wow” factor for the ceremony.

“You can often recognize Aries influence in a wedding that feels electric the moment you walk into the room,” Salgado says. “An Aries wedding often includes bold visual elements, dramatic lighting, candlelight, statement florals or striking architecture. Rather than soft and understated, the aesthetic tends to feel alive, modern and confident.”

Life of the Party

Aries’ passionate personality shines through their every move. This sign has a tendency to crave exploration and new experiences, so a destination wedding may be calling them. A vibrant city with a thriving nightlife scene like Las Vegas, Miami or Ibiza is a good fit.

“Outdoor desert ceremonies, mountaintop venues, contemporary rooftops, or modern art spaces can beautifully capture the adventurous spirit of Aries,” Salgado says.

She continues. “In a city like Las Vegas, known for bold experiences and unforgettable celebrations, Aries energy fits naturally with venues that feel dramatic, vibrant and full of life.”

Reach for the Stars

Choosing a wedding date that resonates with the couple is a significant part of the process. In fact, the day you tie the knot is the day your marriage gets its own birth chart.

Spring – the season when Aries enters the Sun – is recognized spiritually as a season of rebirth, which is an ideal time to begin a new chapter.

“Many Aries couples enjoy marrying during the Aries season, which runs from late March through mid-April,” Salgado says. “During this time, the Sun amplifies themes of vitality, confidence and new beginnings.”

All Eyes on Aries

For this sign, the wedding ensemble, whether it be a gown or tux, should make a fashion statement. For matrimony fashion inspo, take a look at fashion Aries icons like actress Sarah Jessica Parker, who wore a black dress at the altar.

Or the outfit Elton John wore as a guest at the Royal Wedding, donning a dark gray suit, light gray vest and sky-blue tie paired with his signature zany spectacles.

“An Aries bride or groom might choose dramatic silhouettes, strong tailoring, statement accessories or subtle red accents,” Salgado says. “Aries individuals typically want to feel powerful and authentic in what they wear, so their attire often reflects confidence and individuality.”

Spice It Up

Aries craves exciting new experiences and their wedding reception menu often reflects it . Ruled by Mars, the planet of action, desire and vitality, this sign may enjoy a bold sip like The Boulevardier, or a flavorful Bloody Mary.

“Spicy dishes, grilled cuisine, flame-inspired cooking techniques or interactive food stations can all align beautifully with Aries energy.” Salgado says. “The goal is usually to create an atmosphere that feels lively, celebratory and full of flavor.”

For dessert, an Aries wedding cake should be cheerful and delicious. According to Wedding Wire, a four-tier fondant cake with 3D watercolor florals complements this sign’s playful and spunky personality.

Take It All In

Symbolized by the Ram, this sign has a tendency to rush through their day-to-day activities with a headstrong mindset. But it’s important for the Ram to know that it’s okay to let their hair down and simply join in on the fun, too.

“Aries moves through life quickly and passionately, so my advice would be to slow down and savor the moment,” Salgado says.
