Follow Us 2025 Vegas Wedding Dress of the Year
Official Rules
The submitter may be anyone associated with the wedding who has permission from the newlywed couple to enter the contest on their behalf. The winning dress must be available for display for a minimum of one year after the contest winner is announced. The “dress” must also include the bride’s full ensemble from the wedding day as shown in the picture, including all accessories worn.
The dress must be appropriate and suitable for a “family friendly” audience. All dresses that contain or represent any vulgarity, nudity, profanity, or the like will be rejected and not considered.
The dress must have been worn for a wedding in Clark County, Nevada between January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025.
The submitter should include with their submission three (3) to five (5) photographs showing the dress as worn during the wedding and throughout the Las Vegas wedding experience. They should also include a brief story about the wedding (up to 280 words in length) and a brief statement (up to 280 words in length) as to why the dress is an iconic Vegas wedding dress indicative of the year in which the dress was worn.
The Vegas Wedding Chamber (“VCC”) and the Clark County Clerk’s Office (“CCCO”) will use their joint discretion and best judgment to determine the winner, which will depend on several factors, including but not limited to: over all styling, to include hair, make-up, and all accessories; as well as timelessness, silhouette, personalization, craftsmanship; venue; and overall love story.
Submissions must be made by 11:59 PM, Pacific Standard Time, on January 15, 2026. Anyone is able to nominate a dress for 2025 Vegas Wedding Dress of the Year. Submission rules follow:
- Post a photo of the dress –on a bride– on Instagram by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on Thursday, January 15, 2026. Participants must ensure their Instagram account is set to public in order for their entry to be visible.
- Tag and follow @vegasweddingcapital and @lvweddingchamber.
- The post caption should include the following information:
- Date of the wedding.
- Up to 280 words describing the wedding story.
- The hashtag #2025VegasWeddingDress and #2025VegasBride
The 2025 Wedding Dress of the Year Committee will review submissions and decide the finalists. The “dress” will be judged on presentation, story, and theme. The Committee will reach out to finalists on January 22, 2026, via video call to confirm the condition of the dress and its accessories. Winner must agree to signing a release and providing the dress and accessories for display for one year. The dress must be received by February 2, 2026.
