LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Wedding bells are ringing in 2025.
The Office of the County Clerk in Las Vegas, known as the Wedding Capital of the World, has unveiled the most sought-after wedding dates for 2025.
Known for hosting more destination weddings than any other location worldwide, the office uses decades of data to predict these special dates.
The highly coveted dates often feature unique numerical patterns, referred to as “magic dates,” alongside notable holidays and trendy events.
Those dates include:

- 2/5/25 (Magic date), Wednesday, Feb. 5
- Valentine’s Day and the start of Presidents Day weekend, Friday, Feb. 14
- 2/25/25 (Magic date), Tuesday, Feb. 25
March
- Pi Day, Friday, March 14
April
- April Fool’s Day, Tuesday, April 1
- 4/20/25 Pot Day, Sunday, April 20
May
- 5/2/25 (Magic date), Friday, May 2
- 5/5/25 (Magic date, Cinco de Mayo and 5×5=25), Monday, May, 5
- 5/20/25 through 5/29.25, palindromes
July
- Independence Day, Friday, July 4

Las Vegas saw its most popular wedding date on July 7, 2007, dubbed “Lucky 7s,” when 4,492 couples tied the knot, according to city officials.
The second most popular date was November 11, 2011, with 3,125 weddings.
More recently, February 22, 2022, became the sixth most popular date, witnessing 2,331 weddings.
